Organigram to Announce Q2 Fiscal 2025 Results

LOS ANGELES- Organigram Global Inc. is scheduled to release its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2025, ending March 31, on Monday, May 12, 2025, before market open. The company will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.

In the preceding quarter, Organigram reported a 17% year-over-year revenue increase, reaching $42.7 million. This growth was attributed to performance from its SHRED brand and a significant rise in international sales, particularly in Germany. The company also reported an adjusted EBITDA of $1.4 million, up from $0.1 million in the same period the previous year.

Organigram’s strategic initiatives include the integration of Motif Labs, expected to yield $10 million in annual savings by 2026, and the expansion into the U.S. cannabinoid beverage market through its acquisition of Collective Project. The company’s strong cash position of approximately $113 million supports these endeavors.
