LOS ANGELES- Organigram Global Inc. Canada’s largest cannabis producer by market share, has entered a significant new phase in its U.S. strategy. Through its recently acquired subsidiary, Collective Project, the company has launched a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform offering hemp-derived THC beverages in 25 states across the country.

The platform debuts with two product lines—Sparkling Juices and Sparkling Lemonades—available in multiple THC doses, tailored to both new and seasoned consumers. Later this summer, Collective Project plans to introduce a third line, Fetch sodas, signaling a multi-stage U.S. rollout.

From a business standpoint, this move aligns with robust market indicators: U.S. sales of hemp-based THC beverages have surpassed $1 billion and are projected to reach approximately $4 billion by 2028. Organigram positions itself to capture growth in this category by leveraging both online channels and select retail partnerships, including Total Wine & More and Top Ten Liquors.

Megan McCrae, SVP of Corporate Strategy & International Growth at Organigram, emphasized early momentum and retailer interest as validation of the strategy. The expansion builds on Organigram’s established leadership in Canada, where its product development, brand portfolio, and production capabilities have secured market dominance—a model the company seeks to replicate in the U.S. market.

At present, Collective Project is fulfilling direct-to-consumer orders in the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming
