In honor of Earth Day, the company is proudly partnering with [Re] Waste, an Alberta-based business that specializes in recycling hard-to-repurpose materials, to recycle single-use plastics from cannabis packaging.

This unique partnership aims to address the challenge of recycling single-use plastics from cannabis products, which are highly regulated and difficult to recycle within existing municipal programs. To overcome this challenge, High Tide and [Re] Waste have placed collection points in all Canna Cabana retail stores nationwide, allowing Cabana Club members and all cannabis consumers to drop their used cannabis containers into the bins.

Through this revolutionary initiative, the two companies have diverted over 20,000 pounds of plastic from ending up in landfills and littering our communities.
