Verano Taps Arizona Partner to Introduce Grow Sciences’ Cannabis Line in Illinois
LOS ANGELES- Verano Holdings Corp. a vertically integrated multi-state cannabis operator, entered into an exclusive distribution partnership with Arizona-based Grow Sciences to launch a curated selection of premium cannabis flower and solventless extracts in Illinois. Starting June 21, thirteen Grow Sciences strains—including Prickly Pear, Florida Jack, and Jelly RTZ—will be available at all ten Zen Leaf dispensaries across the state, with plans to expand into additional retail locations.
Verano CEO George Archos stated the deal enhances the company’s product pipeline and introduces “top-class strains” to Illinois consumers, while Grow Sciences CEO Mike C. emphasized the shared commitment to quality as the foundation of the collaboration. The partnership covers a diverse product portfolio, including hand-selected flower eighths, pre-rolls, live hash rosin cartridges, hash rosin extracts, and vegan rosin fruit chews—all produced using natural, solventless extraction methods. The move strengthens Verano’s market position in Illinois and reflects growing demand for craft cannabis offerings.
