Glass House Brands to Manage The Leaf El Paseo Dispensary

LOS ANGELES- Glass House Brands Inc. and LEEF Brands Inc. have entered into a Management Services Agreement (MSA), under which Glass House will oversee operations of The Leaf El Paseo dispensary in Palm Desert, California. The agreement, effective for an initial one-year term with potential extensions, includes Glass House managing all aspects of the dispensary’s operations, such as product sales, inventory procurement, and employee management.

This partnership allows Glass House to expand its retail footprint in California, particularly in the Palm Springs market, while enabling LEEF to concentrate on its core business of cannabis extraction and manufacturing. As part of the agreement, Glass House will supply a significant portion of the raw cannabis material required for LEEF’s extraction processes.

Kyle Kazan, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Glass House Brands, stated that the MSA reflects the company’s ongoing development of its retail operations and its solid position in the California market. He noted that, despite challenging market conditions, Glass House’s retail team has achieved five consecutive quarters of same-store sales growth, with the most recent quarter’s retail revenue growth outperforming the California market by over 30%.

Micah Anderson, CEO of LEEF Brands, commented that the collaboration with Glass House secures a favorable off-take agreement, fulfilling a significant portion of LEEF’s annual supply chain needs for its extraction business. He emphasized that the partnership allows LEEF to focus on being a leading concentrate provider while enabling Glass House to expand its retail presence in California.
