MC Global Holdings Expands European Business to Meet Increasing Demand for Hemp-Derived Cannabinoids

LOS ANGELES– MC Global Holdings, a global provider of hemp-derived cannabinoids, has recently announced its plans for expansion into the European market. The company’s affiliate European holding company, MC Wellness International, Limited, will be leading the charge in establishing the company’s presence in Europe. This move is aimed at addressing the growing demand for bulk hemp-derived cannabinoids in the region and cementing the company’s position as an industry leader.

To facilitate this expansion, MC Global Holdings’ president, Bret Worley, has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, MC Nutraceuticals Europe, SRO (“MCNE”), based in the Czech Republic. MCNE will work in tandem with MC Wellness SRO to leverage commercial distribution and fulfillment agreements, while also hiring local staff to support the company’s operations.

“Cannabinoids are a burgeoning industry and we look forward to the opportunity to bring our education and expertise in the space to the European market,” said Worley. Already, MC Wellness International has seen significant growth in European revenue compared to 2022 levels, and with finalized marketing and fulfillment plans, MC Global Holdings is confident that it will continue to gain market share and increase revenue in the region.

With the expansion into Europe underway, MCWI plans to continue its search for viable worldwide markets for further expansion. As the company sets the pace in the hemp-derived cannabinoids industry, it will continue to seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion.
