Midwest CannaWomen presents their collaborative August 29th event with Noohra Labs, the Mid-West CannaFest, to highlight minority licensed cannabis operators in Ohio for Black Business Month.

Midwest CannaWomen is a Black – women owned, small business based in Ohio. MCW was created in 2017 and founded by Ally Reaves: former Co-Founder Christine DeJesus and former Treasurer Mia Blanchard-Reed; with the focus of impacting Minority communities, Women, Patients and developing BOP/DOC approved cannabis events in the Midwest.

The Event

Mid-West CannaFest will take place at Rid-All Green Partnership at 8129 Otter Drive in Cleveland, Ohio. Rid All is a Black Owned organization and one of the largest Urban farms in Ohio with 20 or more acres. Their mission supports growing nutritious food for local residents while training adults and youth on environmental sustainability, urban farming and wellness. They take care of their communities with education and creating opportunities in agriculture.

The Mid-West CannaFest will feature Cannabis, Hemp, CBD, Ancillary, and Holistic businesses that support advocacy for legalization, education about the importance of Cannabis. Nickole Ross is the Owner & COO of Noohra Labs, a licensed Medical Cannabis Processor, located in Dayton, Ohio. Noohra Labs is a Black Owned, women led business that has raised millions of dollars through family and friends for operation build out. Nickole has 10 years of experience in operation management and was co-founder and former marketing director for Elevation VIP.

Nickole formed partnerships with prominent brands such as Spotify, Lowell’s Smokes and Chef Andrea Drummer with the first Cannabis Restaurant in America, “Original Cannabis Cafe”. Her vision to build underrepresented communities and people to have optimum health, ownership and generational wealth through Cannabis in all forms.
