TEMPE – 3WIN Corp., a distributor of CCELL vape hardware and a provider of services to the Cannabis industry, announced it has acquired Alchemist Filling Machines, an Arizona company known for its patent-protected equipment used in filling Cannabis products.

The deal brings together 3WIN’s broad lineup of distribution, logistics, warehousing, branding, custom device work, packaging, and other operations with Alchemist’s specialized filling machines, which are built in the United States and designed for consistent, high-volume output of oils, distillates, and related items into cartridges, pods, syringes, and disposables. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Alchemist will continue to function as part of 3WIN’s existing operations. Anthony Hamilton, founder of Alchemist, will join the 3WIN team to help with the handover and future growth of the filling equipment side of the business, according to the company’s statement.

Craig Snyder, CEO of 3WIN, said the move fits the company’s goal of offering more complete services to Cannabis brands. “Alchemist’s patented technology and proven manufacturing expertise are a perfect complement to 3WIN’s solutions platform,” Snyder stated in the release. “This acquisition accelerated our ability to deliver end-to-end hardware and production solutions to cannabis brands while deepening our partner relationships.”

Hamilton added that the change will let Alchemist reach more customers while keeping the same standards. “Joining 3WIN allows Alchemist Filling Machines to scale our equipment and support more operators without sacrificing the engineering quality and service our customers expect,” he said. “I look forward to working with the 3WIN team to expand production capacity and bring more reliable, efficient filling solutions to the global market.”

This transaction reflects a familiar tendency among established distributors moving to secure greater control over the physical production steps between raw inputs and finished goods. With Cannabis operators under steady pressure to cut costs and maintain quality at scale, equipment that delivers speed and consistency carries real weight. 3WIN’s existing footprint in vape hardware already gives it a strong position with brands; adding in-house filling capability tightens that connection without requiring operators to source machinery from separate vendors.
